Online Informal Review Form

Important Note:

This online Informal Review form is NOT an appeal to the Board of Equalization. It is a request for the Assessor to review your appraisal and assessment for the 2012 tax year. The information you provide on this online Informal Review form will assist our appraisal staff in evaluating your property’s market value. You will be notified of the outcome of your Informal Review.

If you disagree with the results of your 2012 Informal Review, you may file an appeal to the Shelby County Board of Equalization beginning May 1, 2012 until the end of its regular session on June 29, 2012.
