2013 Online Informal Review Form

Important Note:

This online Informal Review form is NOT an appeal; it is a request for the Assessor to review your 2013 Reappraisal value. The information you provide on this online Informal Review form will assist our appraisal staff in ensuring that all unique characteristics of your property are considered in establishing its market value.  After a careful analysis of your Informal Review, you will receive a written decision of the review’s outcome prior to June 15, 2013.  If you disagree with the results of your Informal Review, you may file an appeal to the Shelby County Board of Equalization beginning May 1, 2013 until the end of its regular session on July 31, 2013.  Please contact the Assessor's Answer Center for questions regarding the Informal Review process; you can Contact Us or call 901-222-7001, and a service representative will be happy to assist you.
